At The Roman Catholic Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and religious medals are securely attached.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
